Played around a bit with the camera…
Mashed in a high gravity beer, took 45 minutes before the wort became beautifully crystal clear.
The boil went soft as I had collected too much wort (need to troubleshoot that) and didn’t want to risk a boil over. This was a mistake as I account for 1.34g of boil off – and acheived just under 1g in 90 minutes. Oh well… more beer for me!
Hot break formed almost immediately – this beer will be nice and pale
Time for flameout and whirlpool… more later!
